Who can use my referral link?
Your referral code can only be used by anyone new to Jiva Water. The referrer (one who refers) can find the unique code/ referral link on their ‘Refer and Earn’ page. The referee (who uses the referral code) can use the code/ link to sign up and get the referral reward.
How can I earn the referral reward?
You will receive ₹150 cashback 24 hours after your friend’s order is delivered, when they make a purchase using your referral link.
Is self-referral allowed?
No, self-referral (referring to yourself) is not allowed.
Can the referral code be combined with other coupons?
Referral codes can’t be clubbed with any other code. You can only use one code at checkout.
Can Jiva Water cancel referral rewards?
Yes, Jiva Water reserves the right to cancel referral rewards for any transactions deemed fraudulent by our team.
Can I refer more than one person?
