Pure Water – Pure H2O! Is Drinking Pure H2O the Healthiest Choice?

In today’s modern days, there’s always discussion and recommendation on drinking pure water. What is Pure water? It’s Pure H2O.

Pure H2O means water free of impurities and minerals. But you must know that the water we drinking from pristine natural streams and rivers always contain essential minerals that are important for overall health, making them beneficial for a healthy life.

Normal purifiers remove impurities and don’t remove minerals. But, RO water purifiers, while removing impurities, also remove all the minerals by using a filter that blocks them based on size, leaving the water super low in minerals.

Practically, RO water is the closest to distilled water or pure H2O. This high level of purification is very appealing for those seeking the cleanest possible water for hydration.

Here are 5 general methods for you to make or get pure H2O:

We choose RO for simple reasons to make hard water taste better and softer. We do not go beneath the benefits told to us for using RO purifiers.
It is true that Soft water has few advantages. It helps prevent scale deposits in pipes, faucets, and appliances like water heaters and dishwashers. Soft water lathers more easily with soap and detergents, improving cleaning performance and reducing the amount of cleaning products needed. Additionally, soft water is gentler on the skin and hair, leaving no mineral residue that can dry out skin or dull hair. Lastly, appliances such as washing machines and dishwashers operate more efficiently and require less maintenance when supplied with soft water.

So drinking pure H2O – distilled or RO water for hydration will not provide the necessary nutrients for cells to function optimally. If cells are not functioning properly, how do we expect to live a healthy life?

If drinking RO water is unavoidable, our request to you is to please pass the RO purified water twice through Yami – Jiva Water Device. By the time the water reaches your home it’s already over-travelled from its natural source, over-stagnated in its storages, over-pumped, over-processed and over-purified. Now, this water goes through the RO purifier at your home which rips away whatever little energy the water had in it

Drinking pure H2O or RO water in the long term can lead to mineral deficiencies, impacting bone health, nerve function, and muscle activity. Pure H2O does not contain electrolytes, such as sodium and potassium, which are crucial for maintaining fluid balance and supporting nerve and muscle function. Long-term drinking of this pure water can result in lots of health challenges which we may not be able to directly point to the Pure H2O.

The much-needed Balancing Act:

In conclusion, pure H2O is only clean and provides empty hydration. It's essential to strike a balance. The healthiest choice when it comes to drinking water, please ensure to drink clean water that's mineral-rich for overall health and well-being.
